The Community Information Exchange (CIE) of Johnson County requests proposals from partners who can provide innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions tailored to the complexity of a multi-agency, integrated ecosystem that supports both cross-agency coordination and crisis response. The CIE initiative aims to establish a foundation for coordinated data sharing, shared governance, and structured collaboration between stakeholders. By assessing current data sharing capabilities, identifying gaps, analyzing workforce and operational capacities, and defining future-state data flows and system requirements, the project will create a clear pathway toward fully integrated cross-system care coordination.
